Did You Know?
Sodexo is the first company within the food and facilities management industry to become a Global Sullivan endorsor. What does that mean? The Global Sullivan Principles are a corporate code of conduct developed by the late civil rights leader Rev. Leon Sullivan, who played a significant role in the movement that helped end apartheid in South Africa. Balance Mind Body and Soul
Colby, together with Sodexo, the food contract service, offers its students an expansive choice of food service options to meet their diverse dietary choices. For those of you not familiar with our Dining Services, Colby operates three dining halls during the school year—Dana, Foss, and Roberts— each striving to create a flavor and atmosphere all its own. Dining Services also has a full retail operation located in the Pulver Pavilion which includes the Joseph Family Spa, Caporale Lounge, and Marchese Blue Light Pub.

Supporting all of these locations is the bakeshop where all of our breads and desserts are prepared fresh daily by the Colby bakers.
